Yesod (イェソド) is one of the raid bosses affiliated with Decagrammaton in Blue Archive.

Profile[]

Introduction[]

TBA

Appearance[]

Yesod is a giant stationary robot that, perhaps, has no legs. It has an unbalanced body with a long, oversized arms with a small torso and head. The amount of white armors is not a lot on its body, reveal black parts with orange light, with the noticeable triple wheels under its chest armor, constanly rotating to generate energy. Its head has a orange hole, which can be its eye and can shoot a orange laser ball. When its chest armor bursted out, a big intake device can be seen.

2nd phase also appears similar what it did on the 6th PV, he's the one capable of downing the shuttle with his gigantic arms and the students must proceed to the Shuttle in order to escape Yesod! but Yesod will not come down to a fight! he'll come with drones using his arm to block the student's advance.

Trivia[]

  • This is the first Decagrammaton Total Assault boss that has Elastic Armor.
    • Including Final Restriction Release, Yesod is the second Decagrammaton boss with Elastic Armor following Tiphareth.
    • Despite being in the 6th PV, this is also the Decagrammaton that has been finally unveiled and featured in October's Stream.
  • Due to oversized arm, Yesod has the slowest reaction speed out of all Decagrammaton bosses currently.
    • It also has lowest health at normal mode if its right hand is not included, only 60000 health and only surpass Hod's health from Hardcore difficulty to Torment, and Chesed at Insane.
      • However, it has 99% damage reduction buff, increasing its effective HP.
  • Support Drones that support students at phase 2, have their health based on Pi number (314159). It is unknown if this has any meaning behind it or not.
    • These Support Drones are also part of AMAS, which also means these will become important in the Main Story, as these drones are also made by Rio herself.
  • At phase 1, if a student destroys 2 or more lanterns in less than 2 seconds, it will trigger an instant-kill skill, wiping the entire team. This has resulted in a phenomenon of "ticket-burning" (not completing a raid that uses a chance/ticket) at difficulties as low as Normal for users unfamiliar with the gimmick.
  • While most Decagrammaton Official Soundtracks are from KARUT and Nor, Yesod's boss theme is composed by Mitsukiyo and it does indeed come with two parts, similar to Tiphareth.
