The Xuanwu Merchant Association (玄武商会), or the Black Tortoise Promenade in Global, is one of the School Clubs in Shanhaijing Senior Secondary School.

The Black Tortoise Promenade is active in Shanhaijing businesses especially its well-known eatery, and they also actively participated in various trades such as cooking ingredients. Under the leadership of the current head Rumi, the group is doing well with many praising it for good service and innovative recipes that captives every customer who come to their premise.
However Rumi's innovative approach is not accepted well by the Genryumon, which sees her approach as a challenge of Shanhaijing traditions. As such, Genryumon always sends their members to intimidate the staffs and customer in the premise hoping that less people will come to their premise.
In the event Ryubu Doushu - What's Envisioned is One Sole Future, Genryumon even accused them smuggling out the Ten-Thousand-Year Ginseng, a rare plant that exclusively grows in the district and is not allowed to be exported. With the involvement of Sensei, both ended up cooperating to solve the issue, and they found out that their goons are the culprit, smuggling it out to Shintani Kai. As they resolved the issue, it seems that their relationship has improved.
