Shanhaijing Senior Secondary School (山海経高級中学校) or Shanhaijing Secondary School on Global, is one of the many schools in Kivotos.
Background[]
A school with a unique culture and long tradition, different from other schools in Kivotos, is the Shanhaijing High School. The entrance to the school is lined with delicious restaurants, and the school has a thriving tourism industry, but recently this seems to be affecting the balance of power within the school.
General[]
One of the schools in Kivotos, where in similar to Hyakkiyako has various traditional Asian architecture. Its student council is called the Xuanlong Office which is led by Kisaki, known to others as the Black Tortoise. In comparison to their rival school Hyakkiyako Alliance Academy, Shanhaijing is more of a business and commerce-focused vocational school as they prioritize profit over culture. Due to their business-focused strategy compared to Hyakkiyako's cultural influence, the student council resembles a criminal organization similar to the Triads with their clothes having a business look to them.
Currently, there is a conflict between the student council and the Xuanwu Merchant Association for control over the school.

- The school's name is probably based on Classic of Mountains and Seas.
- The Shanhaijing name is pronounced as "Sengaikyou" (せんがいきょう) in Japanese and "Sanhaegyong" (산해경) in Korean, which is reflected in the Japanese and Korean voices of the school's students. This is because both languages treat Chinese names to be pronounced only from their own phonetical intepretations of Chinese letters.
- The theme and appearance of the school is likely based on China. It also applies to its education system in contrast to other schools.
- Shanhaijing students mostly use Chinese-made firearms in line with their school's theme.
