Saten Ruiko (佐天涙子) is one of the collaboration students from the foreign region of Academy City who wields a Submachine Gun.

Introduction[]

Saten Ruiko is a cheerful middle schoolgirl who belongs to Sakugawa Middle School. Her favorite things are urban legends and sweets, and on her days off, she often goes out to investigate sweets...

Personality[]

Saten Ruiko has an outgoing and friendly personality, but is a little shameless. Saten is usually superstitious. She is wears a cheerful and friendly personality. She is depicted as an energetic and sociable girl who easily gets along with others. Ruiko's positive attitude and enthusiasm make her a well-liked character among her peers. She often brings a sense of lightheartedness and fun to the group, balancing out more serious moments with her upbeat demeanor.

Appearance[]

Saten Ruiko is a young girl with Light Teal Cerulean Blue eyes and long black hair with a small, white flower on the left side of her hair.

Halo[]

Ruiko has a yellow halo that represents a central octagonal shape with softened edges, from which a series of shapes resembling hearts extend. These are connected by curved lines that form an outer ring, creating a pattern that looks like a chain of hearts and circles intertwined.

Uniform[]

Saten Ruiko wears a common sailor uniform that consists of a white dress shirt, a red sailor ribbon, a navy blue sailor collar, a knee-length navy blue pleated skirt, leg warmers and dark brown shoes.

Firearm[]

She uses a black Thompson M1 submachine gun with a white vertical grip attached to the handguard. It is equipped with a reflex sight. The stock has been replaced with a folding style stock almost similar to the MP-40. A star charm is attached to the handguard.
