Saiba Momoi (才羽モモイ) is one of the students studying in Millennium Science School who wields an Assault Rifle.
She is a member of the Game Development Department.
Profile[]
Introduction[]
The scenario writer for the Game Development Dept. at Millennium. Both she and her younger twin sister, Midori are literally developing video games in the Department.
Although her cheerful personality is the polar opposite to her shy sister, their passion for games are strikingly similar, which make them both great partners.
Personality[]
Momoi is a hardcore gamer. Contrasting Midori, Momoi is more energetic and cheerful.
Appearance[]
She has long shoulder-length blonde hair with bangs and tied into several pigtails using red ribbons. She also has magenta eyes.
Halo[]
Momoi's halo consists of two neon pink circles with four pointed kites on its rim directed inwards. Her halo is an exact copy of Midori's, but with a neon pink color instead.
Uniform[]
She wears a standard Millennium high-school uniform, including a white and pink hoodie, a tucked-in white shirt with a blue tie and black suspenders underneath, alongside a pleated black skirt, long socks, and magenta floppy boots. She also wears a cat-eared headset with a neon pink color scheme.
Firearm[]
Unique Idea
She uses a bright red H&K G3A3 battle rifle with a crystal in place of the muzzle brake and beads as trigger guard. A green cat-like critter strap hangs on the trigger guard. A Game Development Club decal is stickered on the handguard.

Trivia[]
- Her name, "Momoi" (モモイ), means "Pink".
- Momoi and Midori are the first instance of twin siblings in Blue Archive.
- The twins Midori and Momoi from the Game Development Department were proposed by the 3D animation and 3D modeling team, they had drawn them as a hobby during their breaks, when they showed them to the other they were directly loved by everyone in the studio that they added them in the game.
- In 2023, a Japanese artist drew images of Momoi holding knives, as well as sayings "Desumomoi" (デスモモイ), "Death Momoi", and "FATALITY". The drawings become popular among fans as "Desumomoi".
- Given her status as a member of the Game Development Department, the (English-speaking) fans depicted Momoi as a racist gamer that throws slurs towards dark-skinned students such as Iori and Karin.
- The memetic depiction also features fanmade artwork (either unchanged or modified) that features Momoi (with one of them being famously used), made by an artist named "mmmkawaine",
