Ryuuge Kisaki (竜華キサキ) is one of the students studying in Shanhaijing Senior Secondary School who wields a Submachine Gun.

She is the president of the Xuanlong Office.

Profile[]

Introduction[]

Kisaki is the head of the Xuanlong Office and the student council president of Shanhaijing. She is called the Master (門主様) by the students of the school.

Personality[]

As the Master of Xuanlong, she is capable of planning far ahead with proper judgement. Despite the fanaticism present within Xuanlong, Kisaki herself is a calm and reasonable individual who highly values the truth, rather than conceptions made by others. That said, she also has a mildly playful side in her, though it rarely surfaces.

She speaks in an aged dialect.

However, she harbors a terrible sickness that only a select few knows of. She tries her best in keeping it to herself, for the head of the school is expected to be perfect at all times, but she can only hold it for so long. The sickness is thankfully being suppressed with the help of Saya, but it requires her to remain in her young form and limit her movement; otherwise, it might be the end for her...

Appearance[]

Kisaki is a small girl with black hair tied into two hair buns with two twintails trailing out of them, and side-swept bangs with two longer strands framing her face. She has two butterfly hair pins near her right hair bun, and grey eyes. Her expression is very neutral, with only small, subtle changes when she smiles or shows anger.

Halo[]

Kisaki's halo is of a light-grey color formed by a crescent shape with a semicircle in the center, with several shapes accompanying it.

Uniform[]

Kisaki wears a sleeveless black qipao that reaches down to her mid thigh, with a slit that starts from her waist on both sides. The qipao is decorated with a golden dragon pattern, accompanied with a long unbuttoned grey and black pinstriped jacket. Her shoes are black dress shoes with short heels.

Firearm[]

She uses a black Chang Feng CS/LS06 submachine gun with a wooden pistol grip, handguard, and stock.

Etymology[]

  • Ryuuge means "dragon, imperial" (竜) and "splendor, flower" (華).

Trivia[]

  • She uses the pronoun warawa (妾) in the Japanese localization.
  • She is referred to as Monshu-sama (門主様), which literally means keeper of the gate, but is most typically used to describe the founder of a sect.
  • A popular trend of drawing her performing the "Banzai stretch" originates from episode 3 of Catch in Neverland, where Shun makes fun of Kokona for performing them, also stating that Kisaki had previously tried them before and had deemed them useless.
  • She is the second character who speaks in an archaic manner, with the first being Kuzunoha.
  • Her first appearance was in VFC2E7. Despite only showing up for exactly 3 lines worth of dialogue, she began blowing up in artwork all over Pixiv. Even isakusan noticed the sudden uprising of Kisaki's popularity during an interview.[1]
  • Kisaki shares several features with Sorasaki Hina, namely their:
