Red Winter Office (レッドウィンター事務局) is the Student Council in Red Winter Federal Academy.

General Information[]
As the student council of the Red Winter Academy, the Office holds a tremendous power and influence towards Red Winter students. In fact, everything in the Academy is subjected to its order, which is most of the time, is hold absolute by Cherino who mainly used her power in the Office to satisfy her personal tastes. Red Winter Office can also punish students at any time with whatever reason that can be considered an offence to the Office, which is also under the mercy of the President of the Office.
There's no information if a leader can be selected properly to the office, but what's true is the President of the Office can be replaced through coups, which is quite common in the academy. In the Ivan Kupala the Revolution event, Marina assumed the Office leader for a while after a sudden coup, before being toppled the same way by Cherino.
Red Winter Office has a close relationship with Pandemonium Society of Gehenna, as Pandemonium Society has visited the academy as a benchmark visit and met with Cherino during the visit. Some ideas by the Pandemonium Society is inspired on Cherino's doings in the academy. They also established relationship with Xuanlong Office in the Moonlight Dreams event.
