Red Winter Federal Academy is a school located deep in the heart of Kivotos! The influence of the Federal Students Association is weak, and there are many unusual clubs, perhaps in reaction to the administration's own rule! The students are all unique!

One of the schools in Kivotos having a large territory. Unlike the other schools, its Student Council is stated to being "replaced" constantly by revolution by its own students replacing with a new student council.
Its current Student Council is under Cherino.

- Its name might also be based on Russian Winter.
- In line with the Russian theme, all Red Winter students exclusively use Russian made firearms.
- The only exception are the Red Winter engineer mobs who, for some reason, use M4A1s.
- The main building of the academy is based on the main building of Moscow State University.
