Ogata Kanna[]
The director of the Public Security Bureau, and Konoka's senior. Though they are unlikely to be blood-related, Konoka refers to Kanna as "Sis" from time to time. Compared to Kanna, Konoka is more laid-back and dislikes doing much work. She was responsible for assigning Kanna with lifeguard duty during the Say-Bing! side event. However, her reason was to help Kanna reinstate her early goals of helping the citizens.
