Mina is the executive director of the student council "Xuanlong Office" and the bodyguard of the student council president. She is a fanatic of old noir movies and has a yearning for the cool situations and lines in the movies, and often gets hurt when she tries to say the lines...

Mina was a strict girl with a serious attitude that she was a hard boiled detective that can solve cases against forbidden treasures around Shanhinijing.

Konoe Mina has long green artichoke hair that it’s tied with it’s circular Chinese braid with a shoulder length ponytail on the right side. Her eyes are red. Her body was slim that she was fit for her reflexes. She also has a scar on her left eye.

Her halo is silver and grey.

She wears a Shanhinijing student council uniform, with a long striped trench coat with a long laurel scarf with green uniform dragons on it. She wears black gloves, waist belt and high heeled boots. She wears high-waisted leggings, complete with a magazine belt that is tied to her right leg. She wears her aviator sunglasses.

She uses a pair of differently coloured Beretta 92FS pistols. One with a black finish and acapulco grips, and the other one with a gray finish and wood grips. Both have the Genryumon insignia imprinted on the grip.
