The Knights Hospitaller (救護騎士団 ), or the Remedial Knights on Global, is one of the School Clubs in Trinity General School.
Background[]
Prior to the school's formation, the Knights Hospitaller were the center of a faction called the Johannes faction. Like the other pre-alliance factions, they fought against the other factions until the First Ecumenical Council, where it joined the Trinity alliance. As many of the clubs were succeeded by their descendants, such as with the Justina Council of Saints and the Sisterhood, or simply perhaps disbanded, the Knights Hospitaller eventually became the oldest club in Trinity.
General Information[]
One of the clubs in Trinity whose members train to help other students with, in most cases, their general health. The appearance of its members is similar to a nurse (in training). They hold the record as Trinity's oldest club, having existed even during the pre-alliance days of the school. Unlike their Gehenna counterpart, the Emergency Medicine Club, the Knights Hospitaller have some authority in politics. However, much like the Emergency Medicine Club, their focus lies more on medical treatment, and is willing to defend and treat any just about patient, regardless of school or standing.
In Volume 3, the captain of the Knights Hospitaller, Aomori Mine, took Seia into hiding following the assassination attempt on Seia and provided her with medical treatment. Later, during the events of the Eden Treaty Signing Incident, they provided medical assistance to injured students, alongside a critically wounded individual that was brought in by Sena of the Emergency Medicine Club. In Chapter 4, the Knights Hospitaller, alongside the Tea Party and the Sisterhood, gathered in a tea party to discuss the aftermath of the attack during the Eden Treaty Signing Incident.
In Where All Miracles Begin, they, Sisterhood, Arius Squad, and Hanako went to attack Hieronymus in the catacombs.
They are the main club in A Cathedral Christmas.

Trivia[]
- The Knights Hospitaller was the name of an actual, historical Catholic military order, more formally known as The Order of Knights of the Hospital of Saint John of Jerusalem. There are no overt references to Catholic mythology within the club other than the name, however.
- The faction that leads the in-game Knights Hospitaller is the Johannes faction. Johannes is a medieval Latin name that typically appears as "John" in English language contexts. Both Johannes and John stem from the Greek name Ioannis, which in turn is a transliteration of the Hebrew name Yohanan.
- Rather than an actual military order, the club could be more related to the St John Ambulance instead, an actual organization overseen by the Order of Saint John in providing first aid and emergency medical service, which matches the Knights Hospitaller's activities.
- However, despite the naming, the in-game Knights Hospitallers do not use a Maltese cross like any real-world military or chivalric order, but rather a cross patoncé.
- With the release of Mine (Idol), all club members have a playable alternate variant.
