Profile[]
Introduction[]
Yukari is a first-year student in Hyakkaryouran Conflict Resolution Council. She is proud of being a multi-talented student, and although she sometimes seems to falter, she is also a student with a strong core who can quickly rise to the occasion!
Personality[]
The multi-talented member of the well-known Kadenokouji family, Yukari strives to aid others since a young age. However, she mostly felt obligated to help others at that time under the expectations of the people around her. After a fateful encounter with Goryou Nagusa, she decided to join Hyakkaryouran to help as much people as she can under her own volition. She may not be as skilled as her upperclassmen, but she strives to improve everyday.
Her sheltered upbringing has left her unaware of many common aspects of student life in Kivotos, such as convenience store food and video games. However, she has adapted quickly and greatly enjoys exploring her newfound independence.
Appearance[]
Yukari has really long purple hair that reaches the ground, purple eyes, and blushy cheeks.
Halo[]
Yukari's halo resembles a purple circle with a circular hollowed-out section.
Uniform[]
Yukari wears a common Japanese sailor style school uniform that consists of a white dress shirt with a red sailor ribbon around her neck and a breastplate. She wears a navy blue colored skirt, knee-high socks and a traditional Japanese geta. She has a really baggy and long sky blue haori with white flower patterns that reaches the ground. For her accessories, she has several cherry blossom flowers on the right side of her hair.

Kadenokouji consists of the characters for "perception, intuition"(桑), "understanding, solve" (解), "reasoning, significance" (由), "small" (小), and "path, route" (路). Historically, this surname belonged to the Kadenokouji family.
Trivia[]
She is the first student in the game with a surname consisting of 5 characters. It is one of the longest surnames in Japan and is supposedly a challenge to read, even for natives.
The Kadenokouji surname, historically, has belonged to two significant families. Out of the two, one has historical confirmation.
The confirmed case belongs to a branch family of the Karasuma family, who of themselves were a peerage of the Hino clan that descended from the Fujiwara clan. During the Meiji Restoration, they attained the title of viscount.
An older case stems back to the Kamo clan, which attained the name of Kadenokouji after the direct successor of the family adopted the surname during the Muromachi period. The Kamo clan of this period were the most prestigious practitioners of Onmyoudou, even serving as mentors of the Abe clan, who would later gain fame in Onmyoudou for producing the legendary Onmyouji Abe-no-Seimei. The Kamo clan/Kadenokouji family and Abe clan/Tsuchimikado family (the Abe clan would later see itself led by the Tsuchimikado family by the 14th generation descendant of Abe-no-Seimei during the Muromachi period) would be known as the "head families of Onmyoudou" (陰陽道宗家).
She tend to address herself as Midomo (身共), an archaic Japanese way to address oneself humbly (translated as I in the modern sense).
The word is used by samurai people back during the old days to address each other. The pronoun itself is considered a masculine pronoun due to its usage.
Some fans, who don't have knowledge on this word usage have mistakenly thought her initial name was Midomo when the trailer for the main story which features her came out, before her actual character reveal.
Yukari's halo resembles an annular solar eclipse, which is likely symbolically stating that "the dark could not block out the light".
It is unknown how she's related to Kokuriko, though it's possible she's her cousin or niece.
