Background[]
The Freight Logistics Department is responsible for Maintenance of all trains within the Highlander Railroad Academy. They are to inspect all trains and make sure that they are all a-okay and ready to ship cargo to clients.

The Freight Logistics Department is the maintenance crew of Highlander Railroad Academy, they provide assistance in train maintenance, checking, ensuring quality, and cargo handling.
Highlander Railroad Explosion Incident[]
In the Highlander Railroad Explosion Incident event story, Aoba is deployed to assist the Central Control Center with any assistance or maintenance related to the train and cargo they may need, during their quest to regain the lost train, Aoba is forced to deal with the CCC officer's shenanigans and tomfoolery, later, when they regain possession of the lost train, the brakes stop working, and the emergency brakes stop responding, and due to a redundance of tools due to the brake practically being in pieces, it forces the CCC and the FLD to eventually blow up the train's wheels to cause a friction coefficient overdrive that could theoretically put the train to a stop, but damage the railway in return.
