The Free Trade Cartel (特殊交易部) is one of the School Clubs in Wild Hunt Academy of Arts.

General Information[]
An illegal club focused on smuggling "contrabands" inside the Wild Hunt Academy, for a price. Due to the absurdly strict rules of Wild Hunt, many students are unable to bring certain items, ranging from paint banned due to containing pesticide, to napalm-flavored fried chicken. Whatever it is, with the right price, the Free Trade Cartel utilizes their tools at hand, such as catapults positioned outside the school, to smuggle these banned items into the school. However, Miyo, the president of the club, despite being the brains of the whole club, isn't too fond of acting illegally.
