Descartes (デカルト) is a non-playable character in Blue Archive who is the leader of the CerHapPos and an adult.

Introduction[]
A hippie and the leader of the Seekers of Certain Happiness Without Possession or CerHapPos for short (所有せずとも確かな幸せを探す集い or 所確幸 for short, Pursuers of Non-Possessive Happiness or the Pursuers for short in Global), an organization that, as the name implies, attempts to achieve blissfulness in life without work or owning anything. He is an adult and a citizen of Kivotos.
Personality[]
Although at first glance Descartes seems like a thoughtful person trying to achieve happiness without having the greed of owning vanities, he simply imposes his belief against greed on others, preventing people from making a living, which is against his interests. Descartes proves to be hypocritical, requiring others to provide all their possessions to the group before being able to join and getting furious whenever his "possessions" were taken away from him, all while spouting nonsense about other people being greedy.
Appearance[]
He is a tall robot with copper outer parts, a silver frame, a black visor, black sunglasses-like eyes, and brown eyebrows and moustache. He wears a serape with fancy pattern, a red bandana, and a bead necklace.
